Purchase Process

What happens when I click the “Buy Now” button?

When you click one of the “Buy Now” buttons, you make a secure payment to me via PayPal, and then you’ll be immediately provided with a download link by e-junkie.

Step 1: you make a payment at using a PayPal/e-junkie “Buy Now” button

If you have a PayPal account, you can pay with available funds, or with a credit card you have on record. If you don’t have a PayPal account, you don’t even need to set one up. Just enter your Credit Card information and pay.

PayPal is the world’s most widely used internet payment processor, and is as safe and secure as it gets.

Step 2: a web screen will be provided by e-junkie with a download link immediately

After your payment is complete, you will be taken immediately to a web screen where you can download your file. Use that link to download the book. The link expires in 3 days or after 3 downloads, so download it right away, and it doesn’t hurt to make a backup copy.

Step 3: you will also get an email with a link to the same download page

After your purchase is complete, you will also be emailed a link to the download page. So, if for some reason you weren’t taken immediately to the download page, check your email for the link to the download page.

If something goes wrong:

If you’ve completed payment, and something seems like it didn’t work right (maybe you didn’t get a web screen with the download link in it, or didn’t get my email) try these steps:

  1. Verify that the payment was actually made. If you have a PayPal account, login and check for the transaction. If you don’t have a PayPal account and just paid by credit card, check your online credit card statement to see if the payment actually was processed.
  2. Check your email inbox and spam filter for an email with details and a download link.

Tried all that? Contact me by sending an email and put “PURCHASE PROBLEM” as the subject of your message, and I’ll get back to you promptly.
